Biome creation is a popular method of modding that is mainly used in games such as Minecraft or Subnautica. Through this method people are able to improve upon the different types of landscapes encountered through the game and use that to create their own. This may depend in turn with the type of game but for some like Minecraft you can create almost anything. You can create things like a world of tnt, a world of nothing but turtles, custom jungles, forretress, and mountains. The only thing is that this won’t work for everything, a game may have certain features that prevent you from creating certain landscapes, but usually this isn’t the case and you're free to create whatever you can imagine.
